Coaching is a process of accompaniment that aims to help people achieve their goals and personal development.

The coach, also known as trainer, uses various techniques and tools to guide the patient in the exploration of their goals, identify obstacles, create strategies and carry out concrete actions to achieve the desired results.

There are many types of coaching, which are applied in every human domain, such as personal, sports, business, teams, etc…

In coaching sessions the patient is helped in the management of internal conflicts, such as decision making, chronic stress management, improving self-esteem or simply exploring self-knowledge in order to get a better version of ourselves.
