Once the patient has been discharged, they will benefit from a wide range of services such as follow-up or drug-reminding calls, management of medical appointments, etc.
Our hospital staff will assess the patient’s family and personal situation and will allocate this service to them if necessary.
This is a further step in our main goal, which is to provide our patients with a warm, customized, top-quality care.
